311. To call the municipality. This number is particularly useful if your car gets towed in the winter due to snow removal.

What to do in case of...
Fire alarm. Exit through the nearest stairwell immediately. Gather on the sidewalk in front of the building.
Medical emergency. Call 911 first. Stay with the person. Then call us.
Water leak or burst pipe. Turn off the water at the kitchen sink if you can. Call our direct line. Take photos if possible.
Power outage. Check the breaker panel inside your apartment. If still out, call us.
Locked out or code not working. Call our direct line. We can verify your ID and reset the code remotely.
Lost or stolen.
If something has been lost in the apartment, text us. If you believe an item was stolen, file a report at SPVM PDQ 38 (1033 Rachel Est) or call 911 if it is in progress. Let us know either way.
