Your apartment.
Each of our four apartments was designed by Indee Design and activated by Montrealers from our community. Here is what comes with all of them.
The Kitchen.
Every apartment has its own fully stocked kitchen.
We stock fresh coffee, fresh tea, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Everything else is yours to bring in or to pick up nearby (Sabor Latino, up the street, is our favourite).
Cooking tools. Cutting board, chef knife, can opener, peeler, pots, pans.
Appliances. Mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender.
For eating. Plates, bowls, cutlery, wine opener.
The Bedrooms.
So cosy.
Bedding. Organic cotton from Skylark & Owl. Soft, breathable, made for the kind of sleep you only get on vacation. Topped with an accent blanket from Mini Tipi, an Indigenous-owned Canadian brand.
Soaps. Eco-refillable dispensers stocked with natural-ingredient body soaps and lotions. Made locally.
Wall Beds.
Five rooms have wall beds, also known as Murphy beds. The 205 is a double. The others are queens.

Why wall beds? So a room can pivot into something else: an exercise room, a treatment room, a larger office, a play area for kids.

Light Experience (Only in apartments 1 and 2).
Above the crown moldings in every room of Apartments 1 and 2, full-spectrum LED lights let you set the room to any colour. Each room has its own remote.
A pro tip we love: switch to red at night. Almost zero blue light. Helps your body wind down and sleep deeper.
Content Rooms.
Apt 2 has Content Room 1. Apt 4 has Content Room 2. Designed for working, recording, or stealing a quiet hour to read.
