Coffee at the Cafe.
Unlimited coffee grind refills are included with your stay. Bring your in-room canister to the Cafe downstairs anytime the cafe is open. Make sure to load up on coffee before closing time!
Climate control. The wall units are for AC only.
Cold? Use the heated floors in the kitchens and washrooms. They are powerful. Some rooms have baseboard heaters.
Warm in summer? Turn on the AC with the handheld remote.
Warm in winter? Open a door or window to cool the room quickly. Do not turn on the AC in winter.
Parking.
Street meter parking. On Saint-Laurent and nearby streets. $3.50 per hour. Typically 9 AM to 9 PM. Pay with coins, card, or mobile app.
Free parking. Some residential streets nearby. Limited, with time restrictions. Read the signs.
Paid lot, 2 minutes on foot. Open-air. In winter, bring a snow brush and shovel. Reserve at app.clicknpark.com/park/5mVqvctFKL
Paid garage, 9 minutes on foot. Indoor. Reserve at yuliv.ca/parking
Loading and unloading. A temporary spot in front of the building, 15 minutes max.
Trash and recycling.
Garbage. Leave it inside the kitchen, under the sink or on the counter, for pickup at check-out. Need a pickup mid-stay? Tie the bags, leave them outside your apartment door and let us know about it. We will handle the rest.
Recycling. Use the bins inside your apartment. We collect them. No need to bring anything out to the street.

Laundry.
Pickup laundry service available through the Ralia Boutique.
Getting around.
Taxis and Uber. Uber works most of the time. For booked taxis, try Bonjour Taxi (bonjour.taxi) or Taxi Coop (taxi-coop.com).
Metro and bus. Four colour-coded lines (Green, Orange, Yellow, Blue) connect the core of the city. Trains run every few minutes from 5:30 AM to 1:00 AM. Schedules at stm.info. Interactive metro map:
Bixi bikes. The city’s public bike system. Best in summer. Pay at any kiosk or via the Bixi app. $1.50 unlock, then $0.20/min for regular bikes or $0.35/min for e-bikes. $100 deposit per bike, released after 10 days. Up to 4 bikes per card.
Car rentals. Major rental companies at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. Airport rentals are usually the most convenient for short stays. For longer visits, consider Communauto, the city’s car-share service. International visitors may need extra verification, like an international driver’s permit.
Private Driver. Roll out the red carpet for your guest or for yourself by booking a chauffeur through our concierge service.

Our Special Rules.
A few gentle guardrails to make this work for everyone. Most are common sense. All come from care.
The basics.
Quiet hours. [10 PM to 8 AM]. Sound carries between apartments and out to the terrace.
No smoking. Inside the apartments, on the terrace, and anywhere on the property.
Registered guests only. Each apartment has a maximum capacity tied to your booking. We verify ID on arrival. Day visitors are welcome. Overnight additions need to be approved with us in advance.
No parties. Events at La Maison Ralia happen downstairs at Connections, by reservation. The apartments are for staying, not gathering.
Pets. We are pet considerate. Every pet is interviewed before approval. We assess size, training, and shedding to fit the apartment you have booked. Always reach out before booking.
Shared spaces.
The Terrace. A shared rooftop. Respect quiet hours. Clean up after yourself. Everyone has private access from their apartment, but the space belongs to all guests.
The Sauna. First come, first served. Sauna etiquette is posted on the door.
Conscious living.
Ralia is built around regenerative hospitality. A few gentle asks:
Conserve water and energy. Lights off when you leave. Doors and windows closed when the climate is on.
Choose to recycle and compost. Bins in your apartment. We reward garbage-free guest stays.
Eco Clean. Our team uses non-toxic products. Please leave bottles where you found them.
If something breaks.
Text us. We will sort it. Damages caused by negligence may be charged to your reservation per our terms.
