Our special rules

Our Palms Private Residences complex counts 32 two-bedroom Villas and 2 three-bedroom Villas. Most owners rent their homes and we have agreed on some common space rules to make each guests’ and owners’ experience peaceful. Here they are. The less common ones are highlighted so you don’t miss them!

1. Music players in common space are forbidden

2. Smoking anywhere on the property is forbidden

3. Food and picnics at the pool is discouraged

4. Children’s toys and large floatation toys like loungers and kick boards are discouraged

5. Jumping into the pool, diving, or canon balls is forbidden

6. Hanging clothing to dry on the balcony or terrace is forbidden (our family made this faux-pas on our first stay 🤫)

7. Inviting guests who are not staying at the complex without permission from the owner is forbidden

8. More than 6 people staying in 1 Villa is forbidden (it’s a 2 bedroom space so this would be cramped!)
